Artistic Expression: Art is a well-known method of expressing and coming to terms with feelings and emotions. Music, painting, dance, writing and poetry are but a few of the ways that one can express themselves. One must not be Rembrandt, Shakespeare or a rock star to make art. Moreover, what you produce does not even have to be shared with others. Contrary, the art that you are creating is simply a method of release and must not hang on a gallery wall, be published in a book or make the Top 40 list. Experiment, dabble, be bold.
